MOUSE MODELS OF NEURODEGENERATION
We offer non-promoter-driven, viral-induced neurodegenerative mouse models to accelerate efficacy testing.
We also offer more traditional neurotoxin-induced models of neurodegeneration utilizing MPTP or rotenone. Transgenic mice can also be incorporated with these models. We work with clients to determine the most suitable rodent model to address their desired efficacy outcomes.
RODENT BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS
We offer gait analysis, open field assessment and cognitive behavioral analysis in our mouse models of neurodegeneration.
We are able to induce and detect and the unique motor and cognitive deficits associated with Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease in our viral-based models of neurodegeneration in order to validate the efficacy of novel therapies.
NEURONAL AND GLIAL CELL COUNTING
We offer neuronal and glial cell quantification within discrete brain regions following administration of neuronal- and glial-targeted therapeutics. Our expert-guided, automated process is rapid and reliable.
We also offer standard pharmacokinetic and catecholamine content analyses.
